2002, Capital Servicing Servicer Co., Ltd. in response to a request from Lehman Brothers Securities as a Senior Asset Manager in charge of distressed loans.

 

2003, Formed a partnership between Lehman Brothers Securities, other various investment firms and the law firm, to manage a range of distressed assets and served as the Managing Director in corporate restructurings.

 

2014, Corporate Revitalization Consulting Cooperative, engaging in project analysis and working as a senior project manager in the field of corporate restructuring.

 

2016, appointed as CEO of Kagayaki Co., Ltd.

Masaaki Teraoka

1978, Hiroshima Bank. After working in the Tokyo Planning Department, handled credit reviews and business improvement support for specific client companies in the First Loan Department.

 

2002, seconded to the Resolution and Collection Corporation.

 

2005, returned to Hiroshima Bank. Led credit rating reviews in the Risk Management Division and developed a loan personnel training program in the Loan Planning Division.

 

2013, established FTS Co., Ltd. and became the company's CEO.

 

2017, joined Kagayaki Co., Ltd.

 

Joined our company in 2020.

 

In recent years, he has undertaken numerous training sessions and lectures for organizations such as the National Association of Regional Banks, the National Federation of Credit Unions, individual financial institutions, the Financial and Economic Research Institute, credit guarantee associations, and Intellectual Asset Management WEEK (METI), among others.

He graduated from Keio University with a degree in Economics, serves as the Chairman of the Examination Committee for the Financial Certification Association (Credit Review and Business Evaluation).
